Boycott
That's it! I've decided to boycott this certain computer shop. Thumbs Up dekat Taman U. The shop yang dekat dengan the no more Bersatu Jaya. For 7 years I've bought CD's and DVD's at that shop! Practically, orang kedai tu dah kenal dah aku ni. Tak guna betul. Yesterday, I bought a DVD Game and when I try to install it (I've tried at 3 computers!), the game cannot run! And the game consist of 2 DVD's, that means RM20 man! I went back to the shop but it was already closed, so I bought the same game at another shop and when I install it, it's playable, no problems.
The next day, I went back to that shop (Thumbs Up) and requested to exchange it for another game but you know what they said to me? "Oh...tak bleh tukar lo...saya takleh buat apa....mesti you punya graphic tak cukup!". In my mind I said, "Kepala hotak kau! Aku dah try install dekat 3 komputer! DVD yang aku beli dekat kedai lain tu boleh je main!". Wei, at least tukar je game tu, bukan susah pun! Bukannya aku mintak duit balik!!!
From the moment I stepped out of the shop, I knew that it will be my last! And I will not recommend that shop to anyone from now on and to whom who wants to buy CD's or DVD's, DO NOT go to that shop if you don't want to face this problem. I wouldn't give a thumbs up to this shop, more like a thumbs down...
